# Karven Tech

> Karven Tech (legal entity: Karven Enterprises) is a technology and AI consultancy founded in 2024, headquartered in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. It partners with governments, public sector enterprises and large institutions to architect, build and operate mission-critical digital systems — sovereign-cloud dashboards inside state data centres, on-premises approval platforms in PSU offices, and conversational AI on WhatsApp.

Karven works directly with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the ONGC Foundation and Lepakshi Handicrafts. Founders are alumni of IIT Madras and IIT Kharagpur. The team has prior experience across Dell, Saint-Gobain, TATA, BPCL, HPCL, ONGC and the AP State Government.

## Selected case studies

- **AMS — Approval Management System for the ONGC Foundation.** Ground-up file-movement and e-approval platform with multi-level approvals, signatures, annexures and a complete audit trail. Karven engineered the product, advised on server procurement, executed the on-site installation, and now operates the system on-premises inside the foundation's network.
- **RAMP dashboard for the Government of Andhra Pradesh.** The official public dashboard for the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance programme. Live at https://msme.ap.gov.in/ramp-me-public. Hosted in the AP State Data Centre on infrastructure Karven configures and operates. The application has been **cleared by a CERT-In empaneled vendor** (the auditor is empaneled; Karven itself is not CERT-In empaneled).
- **WhatsApp engagement for APMSME-DC.** A managed WhatsApp programme for the AP MSME Development Corporation — official channel, structured feedback surveys after every RAMP workshop, broadcasts, with data flowing back into the RAMP dashboard via WhatsApp Business APIs and department-level logins.
- **Lepakshi SEVA & Kalaakshi AI.** A Digital Customer Engagement Platform for Lepakshi Handicrafts (an AP Govt. public-sector enterprise). Seven services unified behind a single WhatsApp number — AI chatbot, billing notifications, feedback surveys, promotions, coupons, product enquiries, customer service. ## What Karven does not do

- Pure body-shopping / staff augmentation.
- Pure UI design with no engineering ownership.
- Consumer mobile apps without an enterprise or government workflow behind them.
- Engagements Karven cannot itself architect, build and operate end-to-end.

## Important precision

Karven is **not** itself a CERT-In empaneled vendor. The auditor that cleared the RAMP application is empaneled. Karven plans for and clears independent security audits as part of every government / PSU engagement.
